Subject: Inquiry about Importing Excel Data in SoilStats Software
    Dear Yong,
I hope this email finds you well. I sincerely apologize for disturbing you. I am currently using the [SoilStats] and have encountered some difficulties. Therefore, I would like to humbly ask for your assistance.
I would like to know how to import Excel data (file format:.xls) during the use of the software. I have carefully read the software documentation and user guides but haven’t found a clear answer on this matter.
In addition, I noticed that the software might require Python 3.11.4. If that’s the case, I’m wondering if I need to use a programming software to read the borehole data. I’m not very familiar with programming, so this has caused me some confusion.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could spare some time to help me with these questions. Your guidance will be of great help to me in using the software effectively.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
    Best regards,
    [Sally]
